INTERNATIONAL STUDENT/NEWCOMER SUPPORT
At the end of last academic year, we formed the Sound Box International Students and newcomers support team. We are preparing a variety of projects and events, including orientation activities, compulsory tutoring for after-school assignments, education lectures, English clubs, a series of career exploration programs, parent salons led by registered counselors, and more.
A welcoming event for the West Vancouver School Board will be held at the West Vancouver Public Library on August 24. Our first event will take place on Thursday morning, September 12. Details of the next series of North Shore activities will be announced soon.
The registration platform for international students, freshmen, and parents has officially opened! 共鸣社·国际留学生及新生支持义工团队正式启动
大家好！我是共鸣社11年级义工Lexi。过去的一年中，我们听到了诸多来自国际留学生，新生，和陪读家长们的心声和诉求，因此上个学年末组建了Sound Box International Students and newcomers support team。我们正在筹备各项准备工作，包括迎新活动，课后作业义务辅导，公益教育讲座，公益英文俱乐部，大型系列职业考察公益项目，由注册心理咨询师引领的父母赋能公益沙龙等等。
西温教育局迎新活动将于8月24日在西温图书馆举行。共鸣社首次线下活动将于9月12日周四上午进行。后续北岸系列公益活动详情将稍晚陆续群内公布。
